Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to the business's cancellation policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

The business may cancel an order where the product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment requirements are not fulfilled, or the order cannot reasonably be processed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the individual business's policy and the nature of the product or service.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange because of their nature, hygiene considerations, customization, perishability or other applicable restrictions.

Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund method and processing time will be communicated to the customer.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
